Stichill Jerseys produce a range of high quality dairy products with milk from our own range of Jersey cows.

Here at Garden Cottage Farm we are a mother and daughter team making cheese, cream and a range of home baking using milk from our herd of Jersey cows. We prefer to make our cheese using traditional methods to ensure we get a top quality result. Our range includes Kelsae Cheese and Stichill Cheese.

We started Stichill Jerseys in Kelso 40 years ago, with a single Jersey cow. We started making cream and butter, selling to hotels, then learned how to make cheese and are the only producer of clotted cream in Scotland. We now also turn the milk into delicious cheesecake, panacotta and quiche – selling in specialist food shops and through farmers markets.
